Straight facts, no fluff

This hotel clearly needs a deep clean and maintenance overhaul. The external noise was bothersome, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to slow service. Despite friendly front desk attendants, the lack of proper cleanliness and responsiveness really detracted from my stay. Breakfast was rather mediocre. A few improvements could go a long way!

The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and offered chilled water without being asked. I loved the solid surface flooring in the room, as it felt clean and modern!

Unfortunately, I encountered major cleanliness issues, including unwashed bed linens and unpleasant odors. Also, the breakfast options were very disappointing, with spoiled food and limited variety.

During our stay, we loved visiting the South Dakota Discovery Center, which was a hit with our kids. The hotel offered a good breakfast to fuel us up before our adventures. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience enjoyable.

My kids wished there were more activities for younger ones. The pool area was a bit crowded, making it hard for us to relax while keeping an eye on the children.

Big room, comfy seating area, and a great location near attractions. Enjoyed the space! Plus, the easy access to the airport was a delightful surprise.

But seriously, did someone invite the dust bunnies for a sleepover? Too gross to stay again.

The stay featured a clean King Suite with good water pressure in the renovated bathroom and adequate breakfast options, including grilled Teppanyaki fish. However, navigating to the hotel was confusing, and I experienced discomfort from the generally loud air conditioner. Additionally, daily housekeeping was not guaranteed, leading to some cleanliness concerns in common areas.
